How do I pay the print lab for my orders

When using a partner lab for your order fulfilment, and a direct payment method such as Stripe or PayPal, for customer payments we run an automated transaction on your account Payment Card (managed here: Finance Details > My Monthly Bill > Update Payment Card) to pay the lab.

If your account has a Subscription Advance credit balance, funds will be debited from that balance first.

If payment to the lab fails, the order is held until the payment is managed by you, either by adding funds to the Subscription Advance or by manually paying, then using the links on the "Orders needing your attention" panel on your control panel to complete the order through to the lab.
