I have been using theimagefile for a number of years to show-case photos to clients and to provide a print and memento service.
Our website was originally hosted elsewhere and was no longer appropriate, being unsuitable for mobile devices. Having explained the situation to them. They undertook a complete revamp of our website, moved our domain name into 'their fold' and took on board the hosting of the site for us.
A major concern was not to loose our e-mail address which is linked to the site, however they took control of this and implemented a solution which addresses our concern.

I have been using theimagefile for over 5 years and cannot recommend them enough. The interface is so easy to use and if you get stuck, the help and support is immediate. As a busy Photographer, it is very difficult to understand how a website operates, but with theimagefile they do all the hard work but still allow you to personalise and change your images as often as you wish. In addition to this I am able to set up different price packages for different customers and also manage (and back up) all my shoots. I have complete control over what the end customer sees and can manage the website from my phone. In addition to this the support given from theimagefile is the real selling point. The support desk is always on hand to answer queries and help keep me up to date. For any photographer who wants control of their website, a personalise price plan and also the confidence of a back up system, I would recommend they get signed up to theimagefile straight away.
