What can I sell?
You can sell both digital and physical products as well as your services. For example, photographic prints and downloads, artwork, ebooks, course notes, therapy sessions or carpentry.

Do I need to set up an account with my chosen lab?
Things will work "out of the box". Payments for the cost of goods are managed during the purchase process.
How quickly do I get my money from sales?
Depending on your online payment provider, the next day. The money will go into your own account (your bank, PayPal etc) - not ours. Different providers provide your funds in different ways.
How do delivery charges work?
If you are using a lab, they will determine the delivery charges. The customer pays the delivery charges to you (the seller) and then you pay the lab.
If you are self-fulfilling orders, you will set the delivery charges based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. The customer pays the delivery charges to you (the seller) so that you can organise the delivery of their order.

I have been with them for ten years, and run several websites on their system including a cosmetic surgeon, two caterers, a counsellor, a wedding venue, my daughters modelling site and my Surrey based commercial and wedding photography business, Studio J. I cannot believe how easy this was! I have spent since January considering, deliberating and attempting to use three other software packages which (apparently) gave the same service as theimagefile. After days of complete frustration and wasted time, in a matter of hours I have an integrated page in my website, fully operational and branded accordingly. I have been using theimagefile for over 5 years and cannot recommend them enough. The interface is so easy to use and if you get stuck, the help and support is immediate. As a busy Photographer, it is very difficult to understand how a website operates, but with theimagefile they do all the hard work but still allow you to personalise and change your images as often as you wish. In addition to this I am able to set up different price packages for different customers and also manage (and back up) all my shoots. I have complete control over what the end customer sees and can manage the website from my phone. In addition to this the support given from theimagefile is the real selling point. The support desk is always on hand to answer queries and help keep me up to date.
