Loxley Colour, One Vision Imaging, DSColour, Point101, GlitzLab, BayPhoto (US), and WHCC (US) are currently working, but you should expect extended turnaround times on orders.

Marvelous Memories, Sim Group, and Folio Albums are closed until further notice but are still taking orders online which will be fulfilled on their return.

Sales of downloads, even if within a partner lab price plan are automatic and instant. To help during this period we have created a routine where we:

Suggest "Enable Download Sales" on any in-use price plan that doesn't sell downloads now
Sort your price plans using the Downloads/Action column so those suggestions are at top for easy administration

To add file downloads as sales items to your price plans, start by following this link (requires login). Note - clicking this link will not change anything in your price plans. You can select which plans to edit on an individual basis in the routine.

Getting Technical Support

Following government guidelines we are now working remotely when and where possible. We have prepared for this and everything is running normally. Whilst working remotely it would help us if you could use email for support when needed. Please give as much information as possible so we can help you first-time, quickly and efficiently.

Using this time to benefit your business

Now is the perfect time to work on the things that you never have time to do during normal times. Search engine optimisation is just one of those jobs that take up time, and really needs to be done, but it is just too easy to find something more fun to do.
