How to add the Facebook LiveChat Messenger widget to your website

If you are looking to maximise customer interaction you could add the Facebook live chat tool to your website by running through the configuration tool

On your business page:

• click "Settings" (1)
• from the menu of options, select "Messaging" (2)





• Scroll down the page options to locate "Add Messenger to your Website" and click the Get Started button.





• if not already entered add your domain name (3)
• Select to install the code yourself (4)
• Copy the code

If self-building paste the code to the BODY-start text area at My Websites > Customise Design > Site Layout > Embed Custom HTML / CSS . If using our web build service send the code to your builder. It is tempting to use the email to your developer option - however, we strongly advise you to copy and paste it to an email and send to your website builder.
