How our event photography works... In most circumstances we will attend your event free of charge, we require no attendance fee or booking fee from organisers. Only when a guest wishes to purchase their image at the event do we charge nominal fee for a 6" x 9" photograph to be printed and presented in a quality mount. Photogenic Events will arrive and set up all equipment prior to your guests arrival. For proms, black tie balls etc we set up our small studio in a convenient area at your venue. We require approximately 4 square metres of floor space and a table to set up viewing station and printers. We will take candid pictures of your guests arriving and during the event itself. At the mobile studio we take fun and flattering pictures in posed and informal situations. Our photographers are onhand for the duration of your function so guests can have photographs taken when they wish. For sporting and corporate events we will work with you in order to come up with a package that suits your requirements. We print onsite, on the night at your event. All pictures taken can be viewed immediately and printed in seconds. There is no obligation for your guests to buy. We only use new, state of art digital photographic equipment including wireless digital camera's, LCD viewing stations and dye sublimation printers. The prints produced are very high quality, water proof dye sublimation photographs that should last 20 years plus.
