I have never put the camera down after being introduced to photography at the age of eleven. Even as a youngster I always took my camera with me on holiday or day trips with my family. The ability of capturing a moment in time for one to look back on years later seemed very special as a youngster, and I still have that very same feeling towards photography today.

I have always had an interest in the media imaging world and after studying photography at college and completing my city & guilds I moved into the world of the moving image and worked for seven years as a video productionist, but my main passion was always stills photography.

I stumbled into wedding photography 10 years ago when a friend asked me to take photographs of her wedding day and I found a new passion within photography. I began to photograph more weddings for friends and family, before moving into a wider network and undertaking weddings not just in my own county of Somerset but also in Middlesex, Sussex, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Devon and the Isle of Man.

I always take on every wedding as if a friend of the Bride & Groom, remembering the experience of my own wedding day to capture the romance, fun and enjoyment of the day.
