Generally I work on a time basis and include the copyright which nowadays is a big issue – below are my fees:

Plus travel expenses  (travel costs @ .40p per mile) £25 surcharge for work in central London due to extra time required.

General Shoots (excluding weddings) – no limit on images

Time/expenses rates as above plus editing time at £45 per hour - this time is calculated on 2 mins per edited image.

Case study - 2 Hour shoot with 100 edited images. 100 images would take 200 minutes to edit i.e. 3.3 hours @ £45 = £148.50 - total cost for a two hour shoot would be £363.50 + expenses)

Images will be supplied - mid resolution, in a passworded area of this site for download by the client at no extra charge or can be provided as below:

On disc in high res J-peg format - £25 per disc

Contact book - £25 each

Joint Copyright is generally included with commercial work allowing use in published material and on websites, however a photographers credit is requested where possible. Andy Newbold Photography reserves the right to use images on the company website and printed material to promote photographic services unless requested not to prior to the photography being undertaken. Where copyright is agreed - images are for the sole use of the client and must not be resold, or printed in any other publication or on any other website other than those belonging to the client unless agreed with the photographer. (This does not include images provided for advertising/company promotion). Images are supplied in passworded areas in the website as j-pegs. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the password is respected and controlled.
