Adam Cornwell was initially trained as a sports photographer, and has a creative bias.
NATURAL, UNPOSED - WEDDINGS, THEATRE, FILM
What this training and bias means is a high level of skill and talent for what is known as 'natural', 'reportage', 'candid', and 'unposed' photography. At an event, whether it be a wedding, a theatre performance, or a media promotional event, the photographer will capture the emotions and the essence of events unfolding. At times unobstrusive, almost unseen, he will have the skills to capture things quickly, while at the same time framing his pictures creatively and beatifully, a process he continues enthusiastically in the editing room.
PORTRAITS - NATURAL OR PLANNED - HEADSHOTS, CHILDREN'S SHOOTS, MATERNITY, MODELS
Adam Cornwell loves to photograph people, so of course he is proficient in both planned portrait sessions, and more 'off the cuff' people photos. Actors' headshots are often done outside whilst chatting, wedding 'posed' portraits (if requested) are done spontaneously and whilst chatting or laughing. Photos of children are rarely posed for. On the other hand, a fashion shoot for a professional model or determined student involving intricate makeup and lighting will be planned to the last detail.
PROMOTING YOUR BUSINESS, SPECIAL COMMISIONS
We cover events for press and busineses,, as well as products, venues, and enviroments. Editorial work is occasionally undertaken, time permitting !
HOW WE WORK
Adam often works alone. An assistant will be provided where necessary, and a 2nd photographer at a wedding is always available .
