Cropping
NOTE! By default we crop images to match the shape of the selected print size. Thumbnail images in the shopping basket will show the effects of cropping for the selected print size and if you wish you can prevent cropping.
Payment Methods
The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch and Solo. All card transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you and we will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you have received confirmation from us that we have done so. This confirmation will be by e-mail.
Delivery
We use first class post for UK addresses and Air Mail for overseas orders. Any order for UK delivery valued at more than £30 is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and so will require a signature upon receipt. If you require guaranteed delivery of your item next working day (Monday to Friday) after dispatch then choose SPECIAL DELIVERY as the delivery method. Usual turnaround times apply.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, but often much sooner.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail. However, if after one week after dispatch the order has not been received we will re-print and redispatch at no cost to the customer. Longer grace periods apply for international destinations.
Refund policy
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order then you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of print or gift items before a refund will be issued.
